Produzido em Nagahama, Shiga, às margens do Lago Biwa, este ginjo é elaborado com água de nascente rica em minerais proveniente da base do Monte Ibuki. A cervejaria Sato Shuzo, fundada em 2011, busca sake de estilo ginjo limpo, com caráter frutado de maçã, textura suave e um acabamento liso e de rápido declínio.
