Fundada em 1924 na histórica cidade de Hizen Hamashuku, e eleita Champion Sake no IWC em 2011, a cervejaria produz exclusivamente sakes de graduação ginjo, com fermentação longa em baixa temperatura e sem filtração com carvão, para máxima expressão natural do sabor.
