Um junmai daiginjo coletado gota a gota pelo método shizuku da Shusen Kurano em Nagano, elaborado com Yamada Nishiki polido a 35% e recolhido em um casco tobin. A cervejaria, fundada em 1540 e conduzida pela toji feminina Mariko Chino, é a mais antiga de Nagano, e esta expressão limitada oferece uma doçura concentrada e madura, aroma frutado sutil e uma leve nota amarga no final.
