Ao final da fermentação, o teor alcoólico chegou a 16%, na busca de uma nova forma de Junmai Daiginjo. Logo após a prensagem, o sake foi engarrafado diretamente para preservar o frescor e o brilho do sabor tal como estão. O aroma é rico, com sabor refrescante e nítido, igualmente característico do arroz "Go-hyakumangoku".
