Ginjo da Suzuki Shuzo em Iwatsuki, Saitama, produzido com Miyama Nishiki polido a 55% e valor do medidor de sake de +3. Fundada em 1871 e hoje a única cervejaria sobrevivente no distrito de Iwatsuki, o sake oferece uma fragrância ginjo bem equilibrada e um paladar suave e encorpado que evidencia o foco da kura na produção de alta qualidade.
