Awa Yamada Nishiki cultivado em Tokushima, polido a 38% para este daiginjo de uma cervejaria de Saitama fundada em 1748 às margens do Rio Tone. A marca 力士 (Rikishi) venceu o Prêmio Ouro na Avaliação Nacional de Novos Sakes de 2018, e a cervejaria utiliza a premiada água da região Musashino em sua produção cuidadosa de nível competitivo.
