Yoshinozakura is the signature brand of Yoshii Shuzo in Hirosaki, Aomori, a brewery founded in 1922 whose distinctive red-brick chimney stands adjacent to Hirosaki Station. Named for a Yoshino cherry tree that once stood on the brewery's grounds, it represents the Aomori brewing tradition of clean, honest sake.
