Everyday sake from Yoshinokawa Shuzoten in Kitakata, Fukushima, a 150-year-old brewery that sells nearly all of its output within the local community. In-house rice milling and full hand-crafted production define the house style, oriented toward clean, fine-grained sake that complements local cuisine.
