Yoimai Ginjokoshu Genshu - Ginjo sake from Asakanshuzoten Co.,Ltd, Miyagi
Description

The Ginjokoshu Genshu from Asakan Shuzoten is an aged, undiluted Ginjo that has been stored to develop the mellower, richer character of a koshu while retaining full fermentation strength without dilution. Brewed in Miyagi Prefecture, it reflects a less common style within Tohoku's generally fresh, clean sake tradition.
