Description
Shinkuro Hatsushibori Namazake is named after Shinkuro Hamachi, the 19th-century founder of the Fukuoka brewery who built a cedar Noh stage on the grounds that inspired the brewery's Suginoya identity. Hatsushibori refers to the first pressing of the season, capturing the liveliest character of newly fermented sake, while namazake means it is released unpasteurized. This seasonal release from Hamachi Shuzo uses Itoshima-grown rice and Mount Raizan water for a fresh, vibrant profile.
