Description

This fruit forward junmai ginjo is juicy with aromas of pineapple, melon, and banana, balanced by a mineral edge on the palate. It has been noted for pairing well with soft, creamy sheep's milk cheese, where sweet, nutty, and earthy notes emerge together. Made from Watari Bune rice polished to 55 percent in Ibaraki, it carries an SMV of +3 and ABV of 15 percent.
