Gifu
In the Toki -cho, Mizunami -shi, the Toki River on the north side and the Kosato River on the east side, and the fields on the south side are rural areas with fields spreading (recently, development is progressing). Mizunami City has two posts, Ohagi and Hosukute, where Chusendo passes in the northern part of the city. The land of this former Toki -gun was also a land that produced Minagenji Toki, and in the Edo period, it was subdivided (the lord was divided into finely separated), and there were multiple lords in each region. Many of them had a sake brewery, but now they are almost gone. Please enjoy the spirit and taste of the ancestor "Wakaba" brewery.
