From Umenishiki Yamakawa in Ehime's Shikoku Chuo city, this expression reflects the brewery's ethos of applying its full craft to every product in the lineup, from flagship daiginjo to everyday drinking sake. The brewery has been producing sake since 1872 using soft Ishizuchi mountain water.

The warehouse is once famous in Umebayashi, and its name is derived from the flowers. The name expanded after publication in "Real Sake Selection (Masami Inagaki)" published in 1977 in national magazines.
