Tsukinowa-Shuzoten Co., Ltd

Iwate
Founded in 1886 in Shiwa -cho, Shiwa -gun, Iwate Prefecture, the birthplace of Nambu Mori. For generations, the owner has been conducting sake brewing as an owner who also serves as a borit, and the fifth generation Yuko Yokosawa, now the foundation, is the brewery. He continues to have this philosophy "as a family, not a company, but as a family business," and always sets his goal of inheritance of tradition and technological innovation. The rice is mainly used in Iwate's sake brewing, "Gintome", "Gin Ginkin", and "Kono no Ka", and prepare it with soft water (underwater water in the Kitakami River). The aim is to have a solid and gentle flavor in a clear and gentle flavor.
