Description
Reihou rice polished to 70% forms the base of this hiyaoroshi (autumn-release, once-pasteurized) sake from Toyomura Shuzo in Fukuoka's historic Tsuyazaki brewing district. The single pasteurization and summer aging give it a mellow, settled character.
