Tokusen Honjinmatsuuraboshi is a ginjo using Yamada Nishiki polished to 55% from Senryu Shuzo in Nagasaki. Named for Matsuura Hoshi, a traditional star of the Nagasaki region, this ginjo draws on premium Yamada Nishiki to express the brewery's Kyushu ginjo character.
