It is a special pure rice sake that brings out the goodness of both Yamada Nishiki and Ginnosato (Gin no Sato (from Yame)) that are polished to 60 %. The soft, swelling and rich flavor and the fruity Ginjo aroma are exquisitely harmonious, and the dishes are made as a food sake.
