Description

A tokubetsu honjozo nigori from Yoshinogawa, one of Niigata's oldest breweries founded in 1548 in Nagaoka's Settaya district. This lightly cloudy sake carries the softness of Niigata's signature water, with a gentle sweetness from residual rice sediment balanced by a clean, refreshing finish typical of the region's brewing style.
