Description
Tokubetsu Junmaishu Imayo Tsukasa Koshitanrei is brewed by Imayo Tsukasa Shuzo in Niigata City using Koshitanrei, a sake rice variety developed specifically in Niigata to produce the clean, light, and dry flavor profile the prefecture is renowned for. Koshitanrei was bred from Yamada Nishiki and other varieties to express Niigata's characteristic softness and elegance, and its use in a tokubetsu junmai highlights the variety's suitability for the region's gentle water. The result is a clean, food-friendly sake that embodies Niigata's brewing philosophy.

Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery Co.,Ltd
Nigata
A sake brewery with a full amount of pure rice.
It has been a pure rice sake brewery that has begun brewing in the middle of the Meiji era and has not added any brewed alcohol since 2006. By achieving both the taste of pure rice and the goodness of sharpness, we strive to make sake that can complement the food, do not get tired of drinking.
