A sake brewery with a full amount of pure rice. It has been a pure rice sake brewery that has begun brewing in the middle of the Meiji era and has not added any brewed alcohol since 2006. By achieving both the taste of pure rice and the goodness of sharpness, we strive to make sake that can complement the food, do not get tired of drinking.
