Tokiwamatsu Junmai Daiginjo

🍶
Description

Tokiwamatsu Junmai Daiginjo is winter-brewed using Niigata Prefecture-grown rice and hand-bottled after coarse pressing, leaving rice particles and yeast in suspension as an active nigori honjozo namazake. Fine carbonation creates a gentle effervescence on the palate, alongside subtle sweetness, mild acidity, and the vibrant freshness characteristic of new sake.

Murayu Shuzo Co.,Ltd

Nigata
Founded in Kosudo, Niigata City in 1948. The number of stones is a small warehouse with 200 stones (1 stone = 180 bottles of one bottle). We do not feel safe unless you can see it, so we do carefully and carefully brewing without increasing production. The specifications are private because alcohol decides whether the drinker is good or not. It features a fine, transparent and elegant sweet liquor like a Japanese tray that overturns the image of Niigata Sake.
