Tenshin Namajukusei Namachozoshu is an unpasteurized aged sake polished to 65% from Mizokami Shuzo in Fukuoka Prefecture. Cold-aging without pasteurization allows the sake to develop additional complexity while retaining a fresh, uncooked character.
