Choshu Sake Brewery inherited the business of Kodama Sake Brewery, a long -established sake brewery founded in Kikugawa -cho, Shimonoseki City, and started a new sake brewing in two years.
Along with the local brand of Kodama Sake Brewery, Nagato Kikukawa, the name of the liquor that Choshu Sake Brewery is newly created is called Tenbi.
In connection with the sun that nurtures the rice, I came from one letter from "Biroku", which means Amaterasu, an ancient Japanese god, "Amaterasu".
I think that sake brewing is "a great difference between small differences."
We will carefully accumulate each small process, and, not only those who like sake, but also those who have never drunk sake, we will deliver the "full of excitement" that Tori Fujioka once tasted and convey the charm of sake. I want to increase the number of people who drink.
Whether it's fun or sad, I would like to make a liquor that heals my heart that always snuggles up.
