Lightly filtered nigori sake from Nakamura Syuzou in Hagi, Yamaguchi, where the brand Takarabune was first created as a prayer for a bountiful catch, and has been cherished locally since the brewery's founding in 1902. Rice is polished to 70%, and the sweet, approachable style has made it a longtime regional favorite.

It is a small brewery in the hometown of the Meiji Restoration. Hagi's spring tradition, "Shiroo fishing" with four -handed network is located in Ubakura Canal, which is popular, and is locally popular as a good sake and delicious sake ship.
