It was during the Warring States period that Nara Sake, which had been built since the Muromachi era, has reached its heyday. With the technique of "Bodai", born at Bodai Masagari -ji in Nara, it has become possible to make safe sake mother, and the temple brewing in Nara has prepared the basic techniques of the current sake brewing. This is the reason why the bodhi and brewing are said to be the origin of the sake brewing, and the Shogakuji Temple is said to be the birthplace of sake. It has been recorded that Nobunaga Oda also praised the high quality. This traditional technique, which was gradually forgotten with the development of mountain abolition and fast brewing as the sake brewing diversified in various places, has been the origin of Japanese sake since 1999. It was revived at the ground, Shogakuji. Now, as a lineup of "Hawkaga", we share the tradition and techniques of "Nara Sake" to people.
