Description

Taizan Genshu is a ginjo-grade undiluted sake from Akamatsu Honke Shuzo in Uwajima, Ehime. The undiluted format preserves the natural strength and rice character, offering a fuller texture than the brewery's standard releases. Brewed at a small artisan kura surrounded by the natural landscape of rural Ehime.
