Yamada Nishiki is the foundation of this daiginjo from Akamatsu Honke Shuzo in Ehime's Uwajima, a brewery established in 1887 beside a small mountain stream along the pilgrimage road. Carefully crafted using the brewery's traditional hand methods, this sake offers a refreshing aroma and smooth, clean mouthfeel. The Taizan label represents the brewery's flagship premium line.
