Description

Yamada Nishiki polished to 35% is the base for this limited-release daiginjo from Yatsushika Brewery in Oita, aged for three years in the cool storehouse environment. Brewed with subterranean water drawn from 250 meters below the Kusu Basin at the foot of the Kuju mountain range, it has received multiple gold medals at the National New Sake Competition, with three years of aging adding smoothness and additional aromatic depth.
