Naganuma Goumeigaisha
Yamagata
Nagai City, Yamagata Prefecture is known as a town of water, green and flowers.
Nagai's place name is derived from the place where water gathers, and is a rich land of "water" where Mogami River, Nogawa and Shirakawa join.
In this area, in order to make sake brewing that makes use of the high quality groundwater and goodness of rice, we are particular about traditional handicrafts and handmade. The preparation is made with a small preparation of 700 mm or less, and the squeezing is gently squeezed with only two tanks.
The commitment to sake quality is to make sake that has a gentle fragrance and is compatible with meals, and to make the drinks that resonate with the hearts of people who drink without ending with meals.
