Description
Sotogahama is a label named for the historic coastal district of Aomori City where NISHIDA SHUZOTEN has been located since its founding in 1878. This long-aged ginjo is polished to 50% and draws on the brewery's ginjo-focused brewing philosophy under a brand separate from the Kikuizumi line.
