Junmai sake from Tokushima's Tsunomine Brewery, named after the deity Bishamonten and originally commissioned with a blessing from the head priest of Tachikawa Gyokuzo-in temple. Brewed with LED yeast strain 4206 developed by Fukushima Prefecture, it delivers a full, settled umami with a gentle, approachable aroma.
