Description
Ayama, called "Diamond of Sake Rice", was used luxuriously because of the low production volume and expensive price. It is a comfortable finish with a round mouthfeel and a good finish over the throat with the taste of rice.

Kanzawagawa Shuzojo Co.,Ltd
Shizuoka
In the 1912 year (1912), the brewing industry was founded from the enthusiasm of alcohol -lovers, Kinzo Kinzo and Yumatsu (Yushimatsu), who operated the forestry and sericulture industry in the mountains north of the current location.
When starting to make sake, search for water that fits sake and hold the store beside the Kamizawa River.
The sake, which was born in the study, named him "Masayuki" to the local manditrd Masayuki, a local manditrine who lived honestly, even against the times.
After a century, we are aiming for a sake that does not get tired of drinking, with the five flavors of sweet, spicy, bitter, astringency, and acid in harmony with the elegant and refreshing incense.
