Description

Junmai nigorizake with fine-grained rice lees left in suspension, brewed by Takara Shuzo in Kyoto at 72% polish. Lower in alcohol at 10.5% and lighter in body than most traditional nigori, this was developed to appeal to a broader audience with a smooth, gently sweet palate. Pairs well with seafood and mild Japanese dishes.
