Miyama Nishiki and Hitogokochi polished to 65% form this Shirakabanosato namachozoshu honjozo from Kurosawa Sake Brewery in Minami-Saku, Nagano. Stored unheated until bottling, this nama-chozo preserves a fresh, lively character, and the use of two Nagano rice varieties alongside Chichibu mountain spring water produces a clean, gently rounded everyday sake.
