A limited daiginjo nama-nama (double-unpasteurized) release from this Chikugo brewery, made with Yamada Nishiki polished to 50% and pressed in sake bags stacked without mechanical pressure. It delivers a refined, elegant ginjo aroma alongside the freshness of newly pressed sake, in a production run of only 1,000 bottles.
