Description
Hana no Mai, Gin Ginga, and Gin Otome are blended at 65% polishing for this shiboritate genshu, pressed and bottled at full strength without dilution or pasteurization. The combination of three Iwate rice varieties gives the sake a layered, robust character with fresh, vivid new-sake aromatics and an elevated alcohol presence.
