Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo Seiryu - Junmai Daiginjo sake from TATENOKAWA, Inc., Yamagata
Description

It is the core of the Tatenogawa "BASIC (Basic) Series", a stall -like bone -like liquor that supports the warehouse. As the name suggests, I imagined a transparency like a clear stream flowing at the foot of Dewa Fuji "Mt. Chokai". The alcohol content is designed at a slightly lower alcohol level, with a light and soft impression, and is a sake quality for sake beginners. I would like you to try this liquor as the entrance and challenge the Tatenogawa in the upper class.
