Description
Homare Fuji, Shizuoka's signature sake rice, is polished to 55% and slowly fermented at low temperature before a single heat pasteurization. The result is a quiet, food-friendly ginjo with gentle rice umami, moderate acidity, and a clean finish drawn from the soft underground water of the Kikugawa basin.
