Description

Ryokan Junmai Ginjo from Minogawa Shuzo in Niigata pays homage to Ryokan (1758–1831), the beloved Zen monk-poet who lived in Niigata and was known for his love of sake. Brewed with Shinano River subsoil water, this pure rice ginjo offers delicate floral aromas, a refined, clean palate, and a quietly contemplative finish.
