Description
Rokujuuyoshuu Junmai Ginjo from Imazato Shuzo in Nagasaki is a pure rice ginjo brewed without distilled alcohol, allowing the natural sweetness and umami of the rice to form the flavor foundation. The rice is polished to 60% or below, and slow, low-temperature fermentation develops the fruity, elegant aromas that define the ginjo class. Nagasaki's soft water and the brewery's long-standing craftsmanship contribute to the smooth, well-balanced profile.
