Description

Onikoroshi, meaning 'demon slayer,' is a widely used sake name across Japan denoting a dry, assertive style originally said to be so potent it could slay a demon. Okina Shuzo's version from Koga, Fukuoka, follows this tradition using the region's clean groundwater and Northern Kyushu brewing practices.

Okinashuzo Co.,Ltd

Fukuoka
Since its founding, Okina Sake Brewery has produced its own sake that meets the needs of the era, in order to provide “good sake that customers can drink and use on a regular basis” since its inception. This is the brewery. Depending on the beautiful local water and types of local nature, we use rice made by ourselves. Please enjoy the sake that boasts Okina Sake Brewery.
