Yamaguchi sake brewery

Fukuoka
During the Edo Tempo year, the Yamaguchi family's garden flew from Tenmangu Shrine every day, and happily moisturized the throat with spring water and cleaned the body. The sixth generation Risuke decided to start brewing with the spring water, and started the sake brewing industry in 1832 to build sake that was not ashamed of Tenjin, and the spirit of its founding is the origin of the sake name. That is "Garden Uguisu". We make sake using the underground water of the Chikugo River and rice from Fukuoka Prefecture. We will pursue the highest quality without compromising the quality. Sake quality that matches the best match for Kyushu ingredients and dishes. We aim for "sake that makes you want to replace".
