The excellent sake brewing rice "Yamada Nishiki" was carefully prepared with "Kiso Gitsuyama Spring Water" suitable for ginjo brewing. Sake, which is brewed slowly and at low temperatures, has a dignified gorgeous scent and a plump taste that fully contains the taste of rice.
