The Naotora series is named after Naotora Hori, 13th lord of the Suzaka Domain, honoring the historical figure whose domain first engaged Endo Shuzojo in 1864 to supply sake. This Betsuaturae (special-order) Junmai Daiginjo Namasake uses Miyama Nishiki rice and Shinshu mountain spring water, pressed and bottled unpasteurized in limited quantities for those who seek the Naotora line at its most vibrant.
