It is a slightly dry Daiginjo. It has a fragrance similar to apple (royal forest) and pear (Kosui), and features a refreshing but rich drink and strength.
Located east of Morioka City, at the foot of Tatara, a sake brewery that is blessed with nature is performed. We are working on good sake brewing with the traditional techniques of Nanbu Tori.
