Description

Namachozo Nishikaigan, meaning west coast nama stored sake, is pasteurized only once after storage, preserving a fresher character than fully pasteurized sake while gaining stability over its cellar period. The Noshiro brewery's west coast location along the Sea of Japan coast of Akita informs the name of this seasonal release.
