Description

Brewed in Fukushima prefecture, this junmai has a fruit forward nose of peach, melon, and pear with hints of clove and rock sugar. The palate is semi sweet and bright with a quick umami finish, showing a fresh, crisp character with a light spritz that sits between a robust junmai and a more refined ginjo style.
