Founded in Taisho 7. Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, aims for the best "clean Amasa", and we are making sake that focuses on rice, water and manufacturing.
The alcohol, which is backed by his passion and high technical skills, has won the first consecutive gold prize in the IWC2018 pure rice category and the whole country's new sake appraisal for 11 consecutive years.
