Description

Nabeshima Tokubetsu Junmai Namagenshu from Fukuchiyo Shuzou in Kashima, Saga, is bottled unpasteurized and undiluted for the fullest, most direct expression of this IWC 2011 Champion Sake brewery's pure rice craft. Founded in 1924 in the Hizen Hamashuku historic sake-brewing post town, the brewery produces exclusively ginjo-grade sake through long, low-temperature fermentation and releases all products without charcoal filtration for complete natural flavor preservation.
