Description

Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Omachi Namazake from Fukuchiyo Shuzou in Kashima, Saga, pairs Omachi, an ancient Okayama rice variety prized for producing complex, earthy sake, with the freshness of unpasteurized namazake in a ginjo-level expression. From the brewery that won the IWC Champion Sake award in 2011, all production is muroka (no charcoal filtration) after long, low-temperature fermentation, preserving the full natural depth of this celebrated sake brand.
